Worse than that. Considering the kind of "bonds" usually stressed in FMA, it sounds downright incestuous! |
I am glad I am not the only person to have that horrible, horrible thought. Don't encourage the fanfic writers, Bones!

Hehe, I LOVE FMA...but the "OMG, they're defiling my sacred cow!!!" attitude exhibited by some people here just amuses me.
People need to learn to just losen up and have fun.
I mean, dude! Chicks on winged gliders, awesome!

Yep, that's where my mind went too, I didn't see anything slash-y in the trailer so I'm wondering if that was just a bad translation.
Anyway, going to pass on it, even if I do like FMA I don't see the need to see more filler for it.

Can anyone translate the meaning of the title for me?

Well to emit doesn't matter if it's filler. I'll still watch it regardless.

Yay, another non-canon FMA for me to throw in the same pile as the first anime and movie.

Here come the Elricest fangirls taking everything out of context. That line just doesn't sound right. Ugh. I'll just wait and end up buying the movie anyway.

That looks...Interesting. I admit that I flash-backed to a certain Wolf's Rain scene when I saw the wolf...humanoid...thing jumping.

Make that another person. I read that line and could only think (in jest, of course) "Please don't tell me this is going where I think it's going."
Seriously, though, people will take it out of context and actually believe it supports their pairing. I get making a joke, but...

Their where some interesting ideas, but frankly I don't see the point. The gliding people thing might be able to get pulled off with a fitting explanation. |
People rarely refuse extra money. Bills to pay and all that jazz.
FMA is a money making franchise. So they're milking the cash cow like everybody else. Get used to it.

So it's completely original material and isn't based off anything from the manga. There goes any interest I ever had in the movie.

Fullmetal Alchemist-Brotherhood: Conqueror of Shamballa.
Because BONES just couldn't leave Brotherhood ending like the manga, they had to throw their own little twist in there somewhere.
And I'm not even gonna go there with the bonds innuendos.
Plus, the animation looks like total crap. I'm already dreading this movie.

Uhh...what does this have to do with the ending? This pretty obviously takes place at some point much earlier in the chronology than that. It's not a sequel like Conqueror of Shamballa was.
Did you actually SEE the end of Brotherhood?

There really is no point to this movie. Brotherhood wrapped up and does not need a continuation whether or not it is a sequel or filler. Its not like the first FMA where a movie was needed to wrap up loose ends. I highly doubt this will be any good.

I can't attest to all the other posters, but that was my point, at least. Bones, be very careful in your choice of words for this series, because the fangirls are insane. I've yet to decide whether the incest bothers me less, more, or as much as slashing barely-pubescent Ed with a man twice his age, though. That's just... no.
