I'll be looking forward to this, but I'm tempering expectations. The last time there was a game that I enjoyed turned anime (Disgaea), the result was pretty disappointing.

What they should do is translate the Disgaea LNs and/or make an anime based on that. Laharl plus a harem of 10-15 girls is my kind of show. I dont know what to think about an anime version of Neptunia, I have different requirements for games versus anime; I like some romance in my anime while I need none in games, but Neptunia is the Disproportionally One Gender Cast troupe; and I just have no interest in Yuri outside H. I imagine it will be a more light hearted version of BRS. |

Given the last NIS related anime was a complete bust, I'm not got high expectations on this one, given the source material is way out of Disgaea's league.

Guys, the last NIS anime wasn't Disgaea. It was Persona 4 and that was actually done pretty well.

Technically, neither anime is NIS since Compile HEart made Neptunia and Atlus made Persona 4. Neptunia was just published by NISA in America while NISA published Persona 4 Golden (only in Europe and after the anime). |
