So why do they bother registering them if they sometimes don't even get the license?
unless they sell the domain name. |

So some Joe Schmo doesn't register the domain and then demand thousands, or hundreds of thousands of dollars to sell it to FUNi if they do indeed get the series. |

i didn't know funi was interested in gantz. that would have been interesting to see what they would have done with the series.
of course right now i'm more interested in sgt. keroro and beck getting licensed. and bleach. i almost wish the anime glut of 2004 hadn't happened so these shows would be picked up sooner. and somebody tell me how funi dubbed conan so fast but are taking soooo long with other series? |

| I hope that they do get Speed Grapher - only two episodes in and I love this show. The faster we get the DVDs the better, I say, so I hope they get their hands on it for sure soon enough. I'm interested in seeing how a dub for this could turn out and knowing FUNi as of late, it could be pretty damned good. |

Worse comes to worse, FUNi makes profit off the domain.
Although looking back I kinda wish they did get OP. |

| It doesn't really matter so long as the legitimate licensee receives the domain with a minimal cost for the original registration and transfer fees. Otherwise Funimation is just being a cybersquatter, which is illegal in the U.S. |

So, what's the trinity blood one? It brings to mind blade trinity. Was there going to be an anime about that?
And I really do love Gonzo. The more Gonzo, the better.
When it says Funi is involved in the production of an anime, are they talking about the original production or the production of the dub and sub versions? |

I'm thinking so, to beable to air on toonami the show would be about 7 minutes long. What a bunch of dicks Funi is, just buy up the domain names and if they don't get the licsense they at least still profit from the show in some way. Thank god for fansubs... |

And don't forget Gantz, because ADV fudge it up.
And why are people speculating that Funi will make profit off domain name. Are people that dense?
Beside, they already already making tons of profit off the dragon ball z license. |
