I finally listened to this all the way through and I must say I was surprised and impressed that you would include Moulin Rouge on your list Zac. I have trouble listing favorites (especially with movies) as I tend to like a lot of things and consume a lot of media but the one thing that has remained constant for almost 10 years now is that Moulin Rouge is the first movie that comes to mind when it comes to favorite movies (and I'm getting really tired of apologizing for that). I also love Baz Luhrman's first film, Strictly Ballroom.
As a big Wes Anderseon fan I loved the choice of Rushmore although I think my favorite of his films is tied between the Royal Tenenbaums and the Darjeeling Limited. |
