Oh, this reminds me of my few years when I was a movie critic. If I tried to make a logical argument for why I hated something, the response was, "Oh, this isn't all supposed to make sense. You're supposed to FEEL and ENJOY a movie!" When I had a heavy emotional reaction against the movie (The Cider House Rules is a well made movie..... full of people I HATED), the response was, "Come on, you're being too cruel on it for no reason!" You can't win. The best you can do is stand your ground.

First rule of being a movie critic: NEVER be apologetic, since you owe nothing to anyone.

Sure, sure. Corpse Party is for people who enjoy watching acts of grisly murder.
And Romeo and Juliet is for people who enjoy watching teenagers kill themselves.

Romeo and Juliet's deaths were not fetishized, they weren't hyper-violent, and they didn't take up much of the play. Nor were they the point of the play. So, you're waaay off base there with that ludicrous comparison.

clearly you all fail to understand that team grisgris are the modern day shakespeare
the psp is their globe theatre, broadcasting their heart-wrenching messages of love, loss and moé to the ignorant masses who have grown complacent with their maddens and call of battlefields
corpse party book of shadows will be remembered hundreds of years from now as the defining work of literature for this century
