First, let me say "Omedetou gozaimasu". Second, I would like to commend the happy couple on their smart planning. I know how creepy possessive the otaku get over their favorite character's voice actresses, and I glad to see someone not let that stand in the way of happiness. Plus, hiding it until after the fact probably prevented a few stalkerific dudes from crashing the ceremony, or more likely, standing outside looking depressed. So cheers, all around.

Nah. Someone just pulled the red thread.

On topic now: I'm not good at remembering Japanese names, but this one stuck out because she voiced Mai in Ghost Hunt.

The next time I see her name, I won't recognize her at all unless she keeps her current name (unlikely).

While I don't know whether Nazuka's marriage is one, getting pregnant before marriage is not a taboo in Japan, and quite often it is even considered a blessing.

She definitely shined as Tsukasa in Amagami SS. Really looking forward to more roles from her in the future.

It seems to happen enough on J-showbiz though, before they're ready to commit for marriage, that it has become a punchline. Hopefully this is not the case, and so congrats to them.

And what a splendid job she did as Mai.

It's pretty rare to see young seiyu like her getting married. Congratulations, Nazuka-san! Very Happy

I like her and all but seriously, isn't it too early to get married? I know Japan has all that get-married-before-30 but still...

She's almost 26. That's past Xmas cake in Japan when AKB48 gals get hitched soon as they "graduate" their HS costume group. Laughing

A bit early for seiyu idols but not quite for average Japanese female. Unlike most young female seiyu, Nazuka is not affiliated with an agency, so she is not bound to "serve the fantasy of her fans."

BTW she had broken into the "wedding" between Yuko Sanpei and Ami Koshimizu, The Graduate style, via her cell phone. Laughing

And here I wanted her to get married to Takahiro Sakurai! Anyway, Congratulations on your marriage Kaori! You're still one of my top 3 favorite voice actresses!
