Just curious: if you give her an A-, what would you give for better cosplaying works? Simply adding number of pluses after A? |
To be honest, this is one of the best I've seen, she lost points because of the tattoo and the guns, the latter which is understandable. Believe me, I have a hard time looking for toy guns that look accurate.
She's got the gloves, the shirt, the boots just right as well as the cigarette (although I'm not a supporter for smoking let alone alcohol) just right. I mean you can't give her a lower grade than that.

What do you want her to do? Put a name tag saying "I am Revy" on it? That you can't cosplay as someone that isn't dressed in a weird way?

I wonder if we're going to get Roberta's Blood Trail over here at some point. But then, I'd want the cast to be the same Ocean cast as the TV series. That was one damn good English dub.

Not quite. Some of the VA's were mismatched (English Dutch didn't quite sound like he was a Vietnam Vet, English Roberta was too snotty and smug). A few had the right voices, but didn't quite match the personalities of the characters themselves (English Revy wasn't psycho enough in her dialogue).
