An idol Neptunia is like my dream game.

I really hope NISA picks this up, but being Vita I have my worries.

My man.

They did release Disgaea 3 on Vita. I don't know the sales for it, but Neptunia brand is strong here so it has a really good chance.

Here's some more details that confirm what I wanted:

Quote:
We should’ve guessed by the title alone, but Hyperdimension Idol Neptunia PP to my surprise is not a role playing game. It’s kind of like Idolmaster meets Gamindustri.

The player is a producer and you get to choose four CPUs you want to make a show with. In the game’s adventure mode you can increase the parameters for each CPU and build up their status as an idol. And if the conditions are just right one of the CPUs turned into an idol might just fall in love.

Compile Heart used the PlayStation Vita’s touch screen to let players touch the CPUs. The CPUs have different actions and voiced lines depending on where you tap them. Tamsoft, the maker of Dream C Club, is co-developing the game and handling the 3D modeling. Hyperdimension Idol Neptunia PP also has live mode for performances.

Date and gameplay idolm@ster style + touching woo.

So I assume that this isn't canon?

Because this is a really random game concept.

That description sounds amazing.

I really hope we get this over here.. it may be the closest to Idolmaster the West ever sees.

There is no "canon" for these games, each one thus far has been its own little alternate universe.

Yeah, nothing really canon about any of them. For example, Victory is set in an alternate universe of the 80's era.

This still has a really good chance of coming over.

Mk2 and V are set in the same continuity, actually.

You don't have to play mk2 to play V though, considering how far back this throws you.

I know mk2 acted as a complete reset or something to the first one.

Not being an RPG makes it a lot easier to pass on since I don't have any plans to get a Vita any time soon. Not after dropping the price in Japan-only anyway. Oh well, I'm waiting for what I assume will be a "Vita-2000' with TV support whenever that happens anyway.

For Vita and apparently its an Idolm@ster style idol raising game. My interest in this has suddenly plummeted.
