Honestly the only good game-to-anime adaption I ever watched was Street Fighter II The Animated Movie, the Fatal Fury OVA's, Virtua Fighter, and Samurai Spirits 2: Asura Zanmaeden.

All fighting games too lol.

Did either of you see any of the Sakura Wars anime? That has the difference that the anime localized in the US and the game localized in the US didn't overlap at all.
