In case you guys don't know the front pages are the SFW section and the back is the NSFW section. Aya Hirano was a Weekly Playboy cover girl a few months ago by the way. |

| The original Nico News article has an interesting picture and says that they'll be taking photographs of Risa and splicing them with the Miku illustration(s); I guess since idol photos are photoshopped anyway, it's not that much extra effort <_<; | ||||||

First appearance was in 1987(Ullman)/1989(FOX series), so yeah, 20+ years too little, too late. Given how much porn is out there of The Simpsons even before the Playboy spread, it was too little, too late. Hell, even those "Video Game Specials" Playboy had often had characters from either recent (less than a couple of years)a/or upcoming games. The entire idea was just a waste of time (much like Playboy in general nowadays). |

Umm... I thought Miku was 16... is that the legal age to be posing in a nudie magazine? What with all these underaged fictional character laws being passed... 
And the Simpsons spread was NOT too late. I happily bought several copies for myself and friends, and my dad happily displays the fold out in his bar. Our only complaint was that her feature was only like... 2 pages. And I am a girl who never buys Playboy. I'm sure they achieved their goal with the Simpsons stunt, though I have no idea how many more extra than usual they sold. |
