This is actually the second time around that Gundam figurines have been on Pepsi bottles (first time was 2003 with regular and Diet Pepsi).
Funny thing is that Coca-Cola had something similar in Hong Kong a few years ago - only with pewter Gundam figurines. |

Yep, and there have been many other Pepsi tie-ins in Japan such as Dragonball Z and even Star Wars.
Do you realize what type of a nightmare it is to pay for the shipping of soda from japan? It would be cheaper to just buy them on ebay sans soda (where they're sure to show up). If this is anything like past promotions then the figures wont actually be *the* bottle caps, but come in little boxes that hang off of the bottles.
Hmmm, I wonder if there's a poster to go with these... Man, you've got to love those bottle cans. Emerje |

They had Star Wars Episode 1 on the Pepsi cans back in 99. That's all I can think of. |

 !! I kinda collect pepsi can  and I do remeber the StarWars Episode one cans, *point at collection. . .* took me a while but I made it~ xD! Plus some Chinese Pepsi. . . they have really BIG cans x_X
