Time for my summer anime icon change. In spite of the flaws and the disappointing ending, I still loved Nicholas as a character and wish we had gotten more from him, so I'm gonna be wearing him in his "come 'n get me" face for the next three months.

It can be anything. I've used a lot of stuff. Cats are cute, girls are cute, and an ultra-moe girl wearing an adorable nekomimi hat is really cute. But there's been more themes than just cute, I promise.
First avatar was a shrunken version of this one (original has since been lost):

My favourite avatar is actually the one of Oribe; if you've watched the show you'll know about the incredible emotional punch that final scene packed. Heck, the whole series was fantastic, but Oribe's expression in that scene . . . damn. Yunno, not to blow my own trumpet or anything, but I think I've made some decent avatars over the years. One does not need a fancy graphics editing package; MS Paint does the job just fine (unless you want to make a .gif, of course). |

^ Kurumi is the best girl from Date A Live so that's a very good choice.
