How is having a TV guide violating any copyrights?
Just because it's name ends with "no Jikan" doesn't mean it's referring to Eve no Jikan. It's a common part of Japanese speech, for goodness sake.
Also, where's the iPhone version of this app?

Obviously. It's a joke. See, that's what the emoticon, in conjunction with the absurdity of the statement, is there to indicate. Anyone who would actually like Time of Eve is going to be able to decipher that simple Japanese phrasing. Fans of a "heady" show being unable to perform simple translations? For shame, that you would assume something so implausible. Did you not like the show?

While iPhone's popularity is growing in Japan, it is not sufficiently prevalent to warrant an app, and there is also Apple's famed Walled Garden.
More importantly, why is this even necessary? What happened to the DVR?
