I saw Tramps Like Us 13 suddenly dip down in price, just as I was expecting would eventually happen, so I went with the best seller rep basically. Let's hope it's a good copy and it's actually v13, eh?
GoHastings is having a sale this weekend, 30% off used, and they had pretty much the two older series I was looking for used, so for about $17.50 (shipping included), I ordered both Gungrave and Blue Seed. No clue if Blue Seed has the sequel, but I hear everyone says that sucks anyway. As long as it's an edition with the omake theater (which I think all the complete sets are), I'm good. I became interested in Gungrave during Tony Oliver's Q&A at Otakon (and a fair number of autograph people had that to sign, it was typically Gungrave, Lupin, or Robotech), so I'll probably watch that one sooner rather than later (my poor poor backlog! Good thing there's no must haves for me until 2015) |

Started off the month by picking up Rurouni Kenshin Wandering Samurai AND Legend of Kyoto DVD box sets in good condition for $115 total. Now, if I could just find the Meiji Era box for a decent price...

Samurai Deeper Kyo DVD 5 & 6 Soul Eater DVD Part 4 Maria Watches Over Us Season 3 Litebox Code Geass R2 BD (region B) Genshiken 2 DVD collection Say I Love You GN 3 Gangsta. GN 3 Persona 4 Arena PS3 Samurai Shodown Anthology PSP And I just got a very good deal on a used Angelic Layer box set that looked as good as new in the pictures. I've been looking for one of those at a reasonable price for a while now so fingers crossed that it actually looks as good as it does in the pictures when I finally get it. |

I spent part of the weekend in NYC visiting with friends and shopping. I got the following from Book-Off:
Chrono Crusade artbox and singles Megami magazine for September I also found copies of the April and May Megami at JHU comics; the April issue wasn't wrapped so I didn't get the drop-out poster or whatever other extra may have been included. |

Looks like my pre-order for Gundam Unicorn's final volume will be shipping out soon via Rightstuf. Just checked my bank account to see that I've got a pending transaction from them.
I've also snagged up both halves to Majestic Prince, first half via Amazon and second half via Rightstuf. |
