For the cast members of the film, Yuuri Morishita was a guest star on an episode of Kamen Rider W while as for Riki Miura, he was one of the leads of Juuken Sentai Gekiranger. His role was Gou Fukami, the elder brother of GekiBlue, Retsu Fukami. He later transformed into GekiViolet.
