sentai films already did an upgrade to blu-ray program for nyankoi and maria holic this past january.

I dont think NIS america wants you to upgrade though, they are just trying to re-sell to the people who refused to buy it the first time. Im sure u can sell the original limited boxes for a a good price on ebay if you have them both.

Does NIS America have anyone replying to emails anymore? I've been trying to contact them for several months now about the Daily Lives of High School Boys replacement disc and no one will ever answer. Their customer service is not as good as it used to be.

Yeah, their CS kinda sucks frankly and so does their quality control. I ordered The Princess and the Pilot one time and it came with everything but the actual movie all sealed and everything. It took about a month to get back to me but I did eventually get the issue taken care of.

I ordered Nyaruko from them and from the packaging slip, it looks like they may have sourced out their fulfillment center to somewhere in Texas. It was located in California. This could explain their bad customer service lately.

excellent, I have been waiting for this for quite some time.
I do not think I want that poster though, it is too generic.

Eh, when I placed my order it was a few dollars cheaper as NISA's store; the poster's enough to keep me from switching my order to RightStuf, even though they've gone down to their customary price(also, I have all of two non-Madoka things hanging on my wall - I could use some variety).
