Except if you read his post, he has his information wrong. ADV has nothing to do with the movies. Manga Entertainment has Death & Rebirth and End of Eva. |

God, people, you don't HAVE to buy it. I'll most likely just stick with the Platinum set unless there's a really, really, REALLY good set of reasons why I should hold out for this one (such as original screenplays, production materials and storyboard shots, commentary by Anno, DTS audio, ANYTHING that'll wholly justify over 200 ****ing bucks).
What I'd really like to know is this: when does Manga Entertainment's license to the movies expire? Because maybe after that happens, we can finally get the Renewal versions as well as a dub that doesn't have those idiotic Hanna-Barbera SPLORTS (and with Hyuga and Aoba's old voices back). Ah, well. In the meantime, I have the unsubtitled Japanese Renewal movies saved on my hard drive. Muahahaha! |

But it's fun to make fun of a company known for their crappy buisness choices and ridiculous releases in order to milk the cash cow!! Dang it, maybe we should ask Pierre Bernard's and get him to do a skit on his Pierre Bernard's Recliner of Rage. He already did it with Robotech!! |

Does anyone know where I could pre-order the 10th Anniversarry Box Set?
My girlfriend is a HUGE Evangelion fan, she owns every version of the series that has been released and I think this would be a cool gift to get her. |

Replace ADV with GAINAX, and it would become 100x more accurate. |

http://www.rightstuf.com/cgi-bin/catalogmgr/Pbtyr3ZNbVs26sJX2Y/browse/item/70398/4/0/0 Rightstuf has it there. I don't know, but I have a feeling it'll be much cheaper when DVDPacific gets it listed. |

I just thought of this also.Since both blue ray and HD are the new formats they will eventually release a new set on one of these two formats. So boys and girls get ready to spend more money lol.
