| Here's hoping they yank the animation back up to the quality we got used to. I feel another rant coming on about companies that drop the ball production-quality wise during the second+ seasons of a show. Bleach actually used to be a really nice looking series, but my god it took an awful dive. Almost as bad as Saiyuki, which is saying a LOT. |

Let's hope the fillers end before then...
Out of curiousity, which movies (based on anime) did you guys actually like?
I liked most of the One Piece movies and the xxxHolic movie. Call me crazy but I also kind of liked both the Naruto movies ^^ |

most anime-TV-serier movies are fillers anyway.
according to most people, if it's not on manga, it's filler. |

What could the story be about? The short clip I've seen gives me no idea. |

Doesn't the animation almost always outshines the series animation? Or is it because in most cases, the series has ended when the movie is made? Examples; Inuyasha, Dragonball Z, and Rurouni Kenshin.
I hope it's something cool that is stand-alone because I don't plan on buying the TV series because of it's length. |

Same here, these long series keep breaking my bank... My hopes is that it strays just far enough from the anime to make it an original idea, and not look like another Copy-cat movie, trying to tag along on the story/plot of the series. Bad example, Naruto (not that they weren't emjoyable), good example, Ghost in the Shell (even thought the movies were made prior to the series, I like how they aren't a copy of eachother). |

I was somewhat expecting this, because I went on the Anime X-press official site, there was a button with out a link that was named "movie" I thought a movie would be made some time.
I didn't like the 2nd Naruto Movie either (in my opinion) it seems too much of a filler, the Story was very like one. I hope it would be something good.
*I want a special comical short movie clip, like the sports day from Naruto |

I haven't seen "Sports Day On Naruto", but I hope thats not how Bleach is like. I enjoyed the DBZ/Inuyasha movies because they were stand-alone movies. Sure it followed that "monster of the day" formula, but then again that was what these series were about, only that we got closure within the hour instead of [sarcasm] waiting 50 episodes [/sarcasm]

I thought some Bleach fanboys were going to attack me.

Not quite. "Filler" is anything that doesn't further the main plot arc(s) of a story, and is instead just there for the sole purpose of padding out its length. Contrary to popular belief, many original manga are rather rife with filler themselves, and it's not just a phenomenon exclusive the the anime adaptations of said series. |

Most of the inuyasha movies are good... well, except the very last one. The second sailormoon movie... the one with Luna turn into a girl, that one is pretty good too. |
