I look at that picture and for some reason all I see is FLCL. That would be good if it was as good as FLCL, but needlessly to say sonds like this anime is bound to make a huge chunk of money with all the merchandise and games.

| This looks as it'll be a stylish-parody of yuusha-series and late seventies-mid eighties mecha series as well. Lets see if Gainax can surprise us as much as they did with some of their earlier works. They have really talented script writers and key-animators, it would be a shame to waste their potential. |

Didn't the creator pass away a while ago?...I belive the series has been discontinued indefinitely. Wasn't it supposed to come out a year or two ago (kinda like T.a.T.u-Paragate). |

I do agree, that is a long ass name for the English version. Quite the opposite of Excel Saga. I don't think I got to the storyline yet. |

Looks more like a combination of every Gainax anime ever. But yeah, it does look like crap. Of course, since most anime is crap anyways, I'll probobly end up watching this because it's crap with a good pedigree. And who knows, maybe they'll make it work. |
