So is this just an extra OVA ep ?

Man I was hoping for a season 2, there's enough material for a second season if they pace is out right. But an OVA is still enough I guess.

Pleae don't follow the anime ending.
At least have Charlotte have just as good a chance as Houki to get Denseman I.
