Joe Sigma 6" an anime, even though it premiered in America first. To be official anime, it should be made in Japan. That, I believe, is enough to call it an anime.

Wow, sure said anime a lot there...


Did someone come up with that rule? Neither ROYAL SPACE FORCE nor JIN-ROH premiered in Japan, for example.
