I am going to guess, someone learned what "hoshi" means and used it insead of repeating the 'AF' crappola. Possibly they have a particular scene in mind from Hyouge Mono as the vision of DB fans wanting Dragon Ball Hoshi.

I was under the impression Hoshi was some kind of arcade game. I don't think we will be getting a new dragonball series.

It would be nice for you to share that "previews" that users could verify them. Dragon Ball AF also started with fabricated trailers.
At the meantime we can enjoy the new special to the manga

I was actually under the impression that Akira Toriyama was totally winding down his career. I think that would probably be good for him anyways; with the stress he's been under I'm sure he's already worked far harder than most will in their lifetime. I guess I'm out of the loop, so am I allowed to ask what AF was?

That being said, I would definitely watch this and think that it could seriously gain a US timeslot considering that Dragon Ball Z Kai is already on WGN/CW broadcasters. I mean, of course, if it weren't such a barefaced rumor. I'm sure there would be viewer support for it.

Dragon Ball AF was April Fool's joke floating on the Web since the oldest fans can remember. Some people still believe in it:)

I'm assuming, though, that those are legally accessible links? Well, as legal as doujinshi manga is otherwise.

I apologize for not being in on the AF joke from before by the way!

Don't apologise, at least you gave me chance to feel useful:D
As long as owner of the rights didn't make a statement about forbidding such an activity fanmangas and fanfiction it's considered perfectly OK to read them. My favourite ATM is "Universe F" (to be found on deviantart).
