I forget what episode but there was an episode of Dirty Pair Flash. In there they were investigating haunted bathroom. What makes it even scarier at the end pretty much implied that the fake ghost was real after all. The smile at the end makes that bathroom a lot more creepier.

I fifth Wrathful, wandering-dreamer, Animegomaniac, and Pelianth's nomination of the mansion in "The Bloodstained Labyrinth" arc of Ghost Hunt (with a nod to Mikeski for also mentioning the series).
For a hentai entry, I'm put in mind of Moonlight Lady spoiler[it taught me that in anime camellias are not to be trusted]; Crimson Climax may also qualify, though I have yet to watch it. |
