There was also an episode of Beelzebub that was not aired and skipped due to the earthquake if I remember correctly...

^Beelzebub was seriously affected indeed. Delays, a couple of skipped episodes and censorship.

I guess as long as the dvds are untouched I don't think its a big deal for the t.v. edits.

Two of Pokemon Best Wishes episodes are still unaired and at this point, probably permanently banned. I expect that they will be remade to fit with the current timeline and remove references that might be offending.
