I'd love to go to each of those locations, but sadly I have neither the money nor the time to go to Japan.. maybe someday... 
I was really shocked when I read that the model town of Kannagi was one of(if not the most) severely affected by the Great Tohoku Kanto Earthquake and the following tsunami.. Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture |

| This sounds right up my alley. I'm looking forward to a lot of the shrines and historical sites when my vaycay gets underway but I'll not lie: otaku-dom is where my interest began. |
