NIS America wasn't the one that released this title. That would be Tecmo Koei America Corp. After Tecmo Koei Japan bought Gust, Tecmo Koei US took over the US publishing for Gust games, and NIS America could no longer get the publishing rights to this series. Which is why this one didn't feature Japanese voices, when others in the past did. A mistake they corrected on the next one they will release for PS3.
