There are two persons with this name and the entry. The one written in Lady Jewelpet is the wrong person.

Only an encyclopedia editor can split two (or more) people who share the same romanized name into separate entries. So, the user who entered the cast credit wasn't deliberately adding it to the "wrong person". That's your only option when they have the same romanized name. After that, you can then ask for it be split like you did here.
Keiko Kobayashi (seiyuu) Keiko Kobayashi (animator) (the credits for the Pokemon and Oblivion Island are very likely a different person from the animator on Iga no Kabamaru, but there are no useable sources to confirm the kanji name) |
