I find it kinda amusing that Samurai Champloo and The World God Only Knows - two of Manglobe's most popular series - aren't even listed as examples of series by the studio.

Greg Ayres as Gareki hmmm idk why but this is not working at all at least for me he just don't fit :PBut whatever this show was trash as is and the only thing i liked about it was the op

Thank you for the news. My question: want to know what is going to be included inside the Limited Edition of Karneval?

If news could be posted on Anime News Network on this would be so thankful.

The features on the limited edition haven't been announced but the MSRP difference between the two editions is only $5, so there probably won't be a lot of extras.

Dang, it's the first time in a while that I've been so excited for a dub cast announcement (I think Tsuritama's was the last one truthfully). I really like the casting choices overall, especially for Gareki and Nai. I loved it in Big Windup with Teague and Greg Ayres paired as the leads and I think they sound fantastic in the trailer too. I wonder if it's more than a coincidence they are paired since Christopher Bevins was also the ADR director for Big Windup (and apparently the ADR director of a lot of my favorite dubs from Funi).

The fact that Ian Sinclair is Hirato also boosts my enthusiasm for it too.
I still was hoping Vic wouldn't be in it but I guess I should be grateful he wasn't cast as Yogi. From the trailer though he sounds like a decent Karoku.

I hate Gareki's English voice, in fact I hate every role that Voice actor does -.-
Such an annoying, whiny and gritty voice for such a cool, calm and deep-voiced Gareki!

I see. Your probably right. FUNI has only ever released Limited Edition sets with tons of extras just for Kamisama Kiss and Psycho-Pass. Two very good titles but that is about it.
