Staff Addition Error

I'm not sure if this is a problem with the site or a problem on my own end, but recently, a few times when I was writing down staff to be added, the information suddenly disappeared with no means of getting it back. This happened once while I was adding staff for Ixion Saga DT, and again for Croisee in a Foreign Labyrinth: The Animation.

If anyone else has experienced this problem, say so here, because I'm not sure if it's a problem with the site or a problem with just me.
