This article in this weeks Famitsu states that Zelda Musou is getting released on 08.14.2014 in Japan.

It also looks like Link will be the only playable character, since he's marked as protagonist.

The article also explains the link of this game to the Zelda franchise, but the screenshot it too lowres to read the rest.

Nothing on the Western release dates.
