Ah, yes. I just saw this volume about a week ago. It's the perfect show if you want to just sit back, relax, and be entertained. No big mysteries or plot twists; just simple slice o life.
I totally loved Megan Harvey's performance in ROD The TV. I really wished her character had more screen time. Now she's in the lead role of Kamichu and I couldn't be happier. I look forward to future projects that she will be in.
Great review, Carlos. |

I agree with the part of the review that mentions about the limitations of the plot. At times it does tend to drag a bit since the characters only move around town and don't seem to interact much with areas outside their little universe. But despite that, it's still a nice show to watch, especially with how pretty the artwork really is.
In relation to the English performances, I also noticed that the lip-flaps that were somewhat of a problem in Vol. #1 disappeared in Vol. #2. Even so, though, I still think that the English performances are very solid, especially Megan Harvey's performance as Yurie. |

Talk about a positive review!
Since I generally find the reviews on this site to be quite well synchronized with my own tastes, I ought to check this cute little show out. It was one of the very few anime that managed to become my wallpaper for a while anyway. |
