[Done] MSG Origin 9 from an "unknown" publisher

I'm guessing the back-end APIs are reporting something squirrelly, because the webpages themselves show Vertical as continuing to be the publisher for volume 9 of Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin (#1628.) However, trying to add the following source addresses result in errors for an unknown publisher to be reported here.

It appears that Vertical has used up 3913 and starts using 4122. I've added volume 9.
