Congrats to Hayao. Don't like him myself, but I knew he'd win. I'd have chosen Yasuhiro Imagawa, but he wasn't eligible for the contest, so, tough luck I guess.

I figured that he'd win though, both on the accouts that his name is very easy to recognize and that he's very popular.

and when i say he was easy to recongnize I mean what AWO said that a lot of people DON'T know directors.

i understand there were certain reasons why this list of people were put together but maybe next time take out the most reconizable people and see what the polls say then. I'll bet you get a lot more of the deault answer if any answer at all.

I doubt it, only because Shinichiro is right there beside him.

Now I wish I voted for poor Umanosuke "Why do I get no respect?" IIDA. I loved the direction in 08th MS Team. I'm surprised no Hellsing fans voted for him either.

a) George Shamus
b) George Stroumboulopoulos
c) George Strombiloupoulous
d) George Strormbringer

If you weren't sure of the spelling of George Stroumboulopoulos' last name, you just might pick c) instead of b). You also might chose c) if you weren't paying attention.

Well, Sato is not all just shoujo. He's done several shounen titles as well, like Magic User's Club and Keroro Gunso.
