Several of the people listed are either newer Funi voices or have been in Funi titles for several years but probably played background or episodic roles.

Think about it.


If you are talking about an ongoing TV Slot anime. Then maybe your argument would hold water. However, this is a series that is released and produced in intervals. THe first Index came out in 2008 and it took us until 2012 to release it. Now this season came out in 2010 and we are just now seeing it. There is no "catching up" to be had. Since this isn't an ongoing show, but rather a projects gets a "new" installment ever once in a while and could possible not get any more. It's like stating that the dub of Attack on Titan has caught up with the Japanese. It's not a given that more will be produced.
