Since bi-/weekly manga ch. usu. are 15-20 pages and monthly are 30-50 pages, if the same trend applies to this pmag, then each of its manga ch. would be 50-75+ pages (Be it scanlator or official translation, that's a lot of translating).

With it running that infrequent, its tankoubon would maybe get 3 releases
annually.

Hakusensha has a few bimonthly magazines (a couple are spinoffs of their main mags, and feature more one-shots with just a couple regular series). Melody has a similar demographic to AneLaLa but with more of a fantastic or historical tone to the stories. I think chapters are generally around 50pg (possibly longer for an individual short story or introductory chapter, but not usually), so you get about 4 chapters per book, a book every 8 months. Bimonthly and monthly authors don't have to keep the same pace as weekly as far as page production: the whole industry does not run the way the big shounen weeklies do (thank goodness, because I prefer the pacing of fewer, longer chapters).

Official publishers generally translate series one book at a time anyway, so it's really no different in terms of amount to be translated at a time.
