The anime is spoiler[Durarara, season 2. Character A is Shizuo Heiwajima, Character B is Chikage Rokujou. Context. Chikage challenges Shizuo to a fight because he beat up a few members of his motorcycle gang in a previous episode. His approach surprises Shizuo, who really can't work up a dislike for the guy.]
