I'll say that is correct since that is how her name is translated on Viki, but I'm pretty sure whoever translated it has it wrong. The official English language Tezuka site gives it as Liz, while fansubbers translated it as Rizu. Rizu seems like a reasonable way to read the name, but I don't think Izu is. However, since Viki has it that way, I'll accept it.
