I'm also looking for a list of filler episodes for this show. I'm pretty sure I've already hit some of them... the episodes have gotten campy and one-dimensional with no decent character development or plot advancement, all tell-tale signs of filler. This story is brilliantly well-written with multi-faceted characters, excellent story-telling, and a good bit of satire toward typical anime tropes that I am just adoring. (I have an degree in English, can you tell ^_~) The episodes that I'm assuming are filler lose all of the things that make this show so amazing. I'll probably still watch all the filler, but it's nice to know which episodes not to hold against the series.
