Yuuki Kaji huh? Hmm....not sure how I feel about this.

I love the new key visual though:

While I didn't expect Yuuki Kaji (though it would be Daisue Ono or Junichi Suwabe), he surprised me (in a good way). I've never heard such a voice from him before.

Incidentally (because I just can't let it go), the mystery of Farangeese's trashy look is solved.

After volume 10 of the novel series came out, there was a decade-plus wait before the next one. When volume 11 was finally released, it came out from a different publisher, which reissued the whole series with new covers/illustrations by a new artist, who just barely followed Yoshitaka Amano's look from the original printings.

So here is the cover of the latest one, showing the redesigned Farangeese, which is clearly the inspiration for the Arakawa version (click the image to see a bigger version).

Still not a fan of it, though.

Well, I'll be damned. In this PV there was nearly a full second of moving animation, for a change.

Good voice for Kaji, bad pick for Silvermask.

The swinging sword is cooler Laughing
