Saw it coming when I heard that the first season is being rebroadcast on TV in Japan. Still super happy to hear it annouced officially

I knew it!! There were so many signs that a second season may well happen, but I wasn't expecting it so soon. BONES FTW! So damn excited. God's in his heaven and all is right with the world, it's really nice to have BONES. Thank you!

Good for Bones. I heard it was their only "big" seller in a long time. I would prefer third season of DtB to generic shounen anyday, but hey, if Okamura Tensai not interested in it anymore then so be it.

Great news. This show deserves a season 2 and it was just a matter of time. I guess this also means that their lineup is well full this year now with the confirmation.

Yessssss!!! I've been waiting for this announcement! I kind of figured that it would only be a matter of time since I think sales were pretty decent but it's nice to see that it was announced sooner than later.
So I assume the second season will cover Bishamon's story. If we're lucky maybe we'll get the arc after that too. I really want to see volume 7 animated. How are the sales of the manga in the States btw? If someone licenses the anime I wouldn't mind double dipping to show my support. |

Season 2? Fine
2015 airing? Absolutely not. I don't believe this will air 2015 unless it's confirmed later by BONES. Minami said at the 15th anniversary BONES panel that there will be 3 adaptations and 1 original for 2015. BBB, Akagami, and Show by Rock are all based off a manga, manga, and rhythm game respectively. All are adaptations. The last 2015 anime has to be an original anime. Noragami will probably be Winter 2016 unless Minami lied about BONES lineup. |
