My thought before was that it is spoiler[Milia from Macross], so I'll guess that even though her hair doesn't look green in this image. It at least fits the second hint. I don't really get the first hint though . . . are you saying that spoiler[the accessories are somehow necessary? Necessary for what? For the disguise to work?]

Ouch, Calathan is 0 for 2. That's incorrect.
Regarding the first hint, spoiler[perhaps "extraneous" would be the better word. I meant she isn't disguising herself by wearing glasses she doesn't need, or a hat to hide her face, etc.] |

I'm going with my theory that guessing more will help me get a better score. There seems to be more images where my best guess is right and then I don't guess and someone else guesses it than there are images where my best guess is wrong and then I get the image later after there was another hint. In this case though since it seems like a hard image, I maybe should have waited for a third hint, since it is less likely anyone will guess it without another hint.
