Been meaning to bring this up for a while, but I believe that a theme song should not get an ordinal number unless it is a "regular" theme song, i.e. used in multiple episodes (unless the song changes every episode).

For example, in all the cases where the regular OP theme is used as the ED for the first episode, it should not be listed as ED#1, but merely given a precision of (ep 1).
