Doesn't really looks like a Zaku to me. It certainly resembles a MS, tho.

It looks similar to the Zaku I. Just a different face and they added another shoulder pad on the left arm.

I would hardly say it is a look-a-like. Looks more like a robotic medieval knight to me. The main way it looks like Gundam is similar proportions. But that is hardly grounds for a lawsuit.
