It seems that Usagi's eyes and mouth are too close together compared to the others. Yes, I'm in agreement that the artist could have done better with her face.

The original manga was executed in a different manner, and also often does not look good. Outsourcing such a difficult title to a sub studio overseas took already existing art troubles and amplified them.
