Of course they left some room to continue the series if allowed to, but I feel like if they were very confident in Sailor Moon Crystal there would have already been new episodes in production that would be airing soon.

I think their 'see you soon' message is too ambiguous.

It seems that we'll be seeing more of Sailor Moon Crystal in some way, then...

I just hope "Season 2" will be better than the initial show.

Please, no more. Stop here, before you ruin "S" as well.

^ Agreed. If you can't do the series justice, stop while you're still ahead. I can deal with the shoddy animation, but the lack of personality development for the Inner Senshi makes me sad. I don't want the Outers to receive that kind of treatment.

Mwahahaha! My hopes still have potential to come to fruition!
I just really think it would be silly to not continue. I want S! And Supers, and Stars, especially!

I look forward to more. I would hope it stays going to television so it can actually get sponsored and have a better budget from the get-go, but heck, I'll take anything.

I'm one of the few people who enjoyed the series, it wasn't perfect but I still liked it (I'm also one of the few people who wanted a true to the original retelling of the manga)...

So I hope they do the other arcs... we'll just have to wait and see the next couple of years... but I'm going to guess if there is another it will come out in 2017...

Same here, Emma.
I mean, Crystal was far from perfect, but so were the manga and Classic.
I loved it for what it was, and look forward to more.

I hope it isn't as far off as 2017. I was thinking it would closely follow S's musical, in terms of release. But I suppose we just have to wait and see.

It aired 26 episodes over the course of a year via biweekly (technically, this word can mean twice a week or every two weeks). Does any have thought as to why they decided to do this vs. just making it 50-52 weekly episodes?

Hoping this leads to more seasons or other stuff like movies/OVAs. Would be sad if its just merchandise or a non-anime thing.

Same. A number of people are insanely hyperbolic about Crystal. If a composition has even one flaw, Crystal haters hone in on it, and ignore everything else about the image. It's ridiculously unfair.

It sounds like Toei themselves don't know if they want to continue. I'd love them to release information on how popular it's been on NicoNico.

I do hope they do continue it, Infinity("S" in the old anime) and Dream(SuperS) were written far better in the manga than the first two arcs.

I adored S, please don't defile it. Just let it die. You did everything you could to kill it, don't prolong the suffering.
