They'll probably reveal themselves fully when they get older. I don't blame them for having veils on, the deranged side of the fanbase would be out to get them at every step they took.

It's OK that they cover themselves. I think it really doesn't matter as long as they sing well, and they indeed sing beautifully. I wish them a good career and I also hope that Alice comes back to the group at some point in the future.

Like others had said on this about the fans I agree because some people can't take a damn hint sometimes they go overboard and do something they clearly regret and I don't blame them for not putting their face out there.

I am going to echo what everyone else here is saying. THIS. IS. BRILLIANT.
All idols should do this! Screw the psychopathic fans that obsess over these women as if they are nothing more than dolls made solely to please them. This will at least give them a tiny bit of freedom to live their lives, I imagine. I hope at least. |

It's sort of sad that the only way idols can (presumably) have normal lives outside of idoling is to completely conceal their identities... it works as a gimmick for one group, but I can't see the entire idol industry doing this. Sex appeal is a big part of the business, unfortunately, despite the fact that it inevitably attracts crazies.

I'm pretty sure it's the former. I think Alice is pretty much content on getting a taste of the secret idol life while fulfilling an actual, hard-working one. Still, just think how awkward it would feel if she meets a co-worker who turns out to be a big ClariS fan! |
