| Wow, good for them. Just in case the article ever does require registration, anyone wanna copy/paste what was in the article onto here? |

| I'm working on scanning the article right now. We get the Times for free in our dorms, so I have my own copy...it's a little too long for my scanner, so I'll resize it and then post the image. |

It requires registration now, I just chose a link that will bypass the registration for most people.
Solomon made a minor (nitpick) mistake about Funimation (located in Fort Worth, not Houston).

I was actually amazed that the writer of the article knew there were 52-episodes for the anime Tsubasa.
Still, I'm glad to see CLAMP get a higher profile in such a large publication. |

| Charles has been writing on anime/manga for the LA Times for *years*, so I'm not surprised at all. I don't know if he's actually a fan himself, or simply maintains a professional interest, but really, it doesn't matter, either. But definitely good to see him in something as major as the NYT: the article may not be front-page, but still! And nothing like the *awesomeness* value of seeing that image on a Times page; I had to run out and buy a copy for myself and another for my girlfriend, who is even more of a CLAMP fan than I am ^^ |

| He also does many of the series write-ups for Amazon, but frankly I find him to be overly critical most of the time. He comes across like he expects anime to be Citizen Kane and is shocked when it isn't. |

52? I thought Tsubasa is planning for 78 episodes unless he's referring to the number that's already been done. |

| Interesting read. I've seen videos where they've shown how they work and stuff like that also. When something hits big though, it really puts you into an advantagious situation obviously. |

CLAMP sounds a tad condescending to me. Especially after their primadonna crap they pulled at AX. Like Metallica, they seem to have forgotten their roots. Why should I like them again? |

I don't know how many have been planned, but 52 have been released in Japan to date (that I'm aware of). BUT, if the series is popular, than a 3rd season wouldn't surprise me (but I had difficulty getting through the first season and haven't watched the 2nd). |

I am pretty sure there is a third season planned in 2007 so he must mean the episodes so far. |

I don't think they want fans to like them. Just like their work. |

| It's good that CLAMP is getting publicity. They deserve all this publicity actually. Hopefully we'll see more articles featuring CLAMP. Thanks for sharing! |
