I bought all three seasons some time ago from the US (Amazon.com, I think). They are available separately (even Fumoffu) there.

Requires a Bluray player capable of playing Region A (several options available, ranging from the rather expensive Cambridge Audio all the way down to multi-region versions of common players).

I'd be happy to buy the local versions if I knew they were coming out, but 2 years ago there was no hint that there'd ever be a Region B release.
