There may be multiple animators in this entry, with a few different kanji variants, but I can't find any patterns verifying them as separate people. So this one might be hanging, but I might as well post some of the information I gathered.

At least all of the color-related jobs were rather consistent (and those credits I've already split off as colorist). Most credits there were 阿部みゆき. I found an 安部みゆき in Oh! Edo Rocket and (possibly, if allcinema is correct) Gestalt, but I have reason to doubt it's a separate person and think it's just a typo. Tokyo Kids is credited for the particular OER episode, whom 阿部みゆき was affiliated with at least in Kikaider.

The animation credits, on the other hand, are inconsistent.

阿部みゆき

(2006) Kiba (TV) : In-Between Check
(2007) Highlander: The Search for Vengeance (movie) : Animation Check (Mad House)

Most of them are the all-hiragana name あべみゆき. There is 阿部みゆき (same kanji as the colorist) in Dragon Ball in the late 80s, a few things in the mid-00s, and then again in the mid-10s. At least on Shuffle! and Aria in the mid-00s, both names appeared doing similar tasks. 阿部美幸 as is currently listed in the entry actually doesn't appear that often. Initially had me thinking it might be a different person from the others due to a lack of "check" credits, but then she does appear to have some in the early 10s and even appears in the same series with same task as あべみゆき on Moshidora and Haganai. There was an unusual 安倍みゆき for 2nd Key Animation in Valvrave 2 (in the TV credits which can be seen on Crunchyroll), but upon further checking, it was changed to あべみゆき (as the other Valvrave credits are) for the Blu-ray release, so that was apparently an error.

I think I might have some fansubs of Oh! Edo Rocket, and we can see if my roommate's Gestalt disc a) will play in a laptop (it got scratched), and b) has Japanese credits.

Quote:
(2013) Puella Magi Madoka Magica The Movie Part 3: Rebellion : Key Animation

On Netflix, I can confirm there.

(2014) Aldnoah.Zero (TV) : Key Animation (ep 5)

Between Netflix, Crunchy, and some fansubs, I should be able to check these, although I'm fairly certain that Pokemon's not gonna be helping us, because it'll have English credits.

I have both of these on DVD.

FWIW, I've already checked the Japanese OER credits with FUNi's website (typically if you choose the sub version, you can get the kanji credits). It seems they use some unusual kanji for the job tasks, probably to make it look more Edo period-ish.

There are a few of those which I already dug into the actual credits: One Piece Strong World, Oreimo, and Valvrave. A lot I'm only relying on the online sources provided, though, so double-checking may help on some in case there was a transcription error.

I'm a bit suspicious of the Mewtwo ~Kakusei e no Prologue~ credits as the source given appears to be for the Genesect movie with no indication if it applies to the special.

Working my way through what's available on Netflix

Heaven's Lost Property Forte - The credits do not list animators. It's a FUNimation title, so I doubt that information is on the DVDs, either
Pokemon the Movie: Genesect and the Legend Awakened - Credits are in English-only, listed as Miyuki Abe
Puella Magi Madoka Magica the Movie Part 1: Beginnings - Credits are in Japanese, but I couldn't spot the name. Fairly small red writing over imagery is not easy to read. I could have easily missed it.
Puella Magi Madoka Magica the Movie Part 3: Rebellion - Credits also in Japanese, but this time thinner, and white on black. 阿部みゆき is listed in the credits, same as the source.

RE: Mewtwo - Prologue to Awakening - It is reasonable that the special would have had the same staff as the special, but not certain. It was aired in the US in 2014, but the DVD of the movie doesn't have the special with it, and it's neither on Netflix, nor Pokemon TV, so I'm not sure how to get to it.

Checked for Pocket Monsters The Origin and found it on Youtube. The credits do list アッカエッフェ - あべみゆき as reported on Livedoor, but that doesn't help on if it's the same person or not.

Looking up Acca effe, some of the shows are listed on their works. Of the ones on the encyclopedia page, the following are on the list:
Aldnoah.Zero episode 5
Inazuma Eleven GOCS (Go 2 Chrono Stone, I'm assuming) episode 15 and 47
Inari Kon Kon episode 6
Inazuma Eleven Go vs. Danbōru Senki W movie
Pokemon the Movie: Genesect and the Legend Awakened
The Troubled Life of Miss Kotoura episodes 3 and 9
Love Lab episode 10
(With others, the series is there, but the episodes don't match up)
It would be reasonable to assume, should credit-checks confirm the person is there, that these are all the same person, unless they have 2 people with the same name working for the company, in similar roles.

I'll hit up Crunchy next. Too lazy to go find fansubs and DVDs ATM.

Crunchy Stuff
Aldnoah.Zero - あべみゆき
Fairy Tail - 阿部 美幸
Gintama - あべみゆき
Wake-Up Girls - Couldn't spot it, but it's hard when the names are scrolling sideways.

I think all of the Acca effe examples seem to match up only with the all-hiragana name, though. If we find an Acca effe matched to one of the kanji variations, that would be a big hint they're not different people. As it is now, I think finding evidence that they are different people is harder anyway, though. So I'm leaning towards leaving the entry alone, except for changing the kana name to あべみゆき since that's the majority of credits.

I have Highlander, but the credits are in English. In fact, I entered that credit myself. Given that it is Madhouse, it has to be あべみゆき though.

The DBZ credit is ep 95 at source which actually aired in... 1991 according to our episode list. Puts it closer to Weathering Continent, but they remain outliers. With different Kanji ¬_¬
The Inuyasha credits are from 2002-2003 episodes, edging it closer to the bulk of the credits from this century.

Having the three earliest credits all under different kanji doesn't make things any clearer at all.
