Not receiving reply notifications

For the past couple weeks I have not been receiving reply notifications to my email address as requested when I subscribe to a topic. I have a gmail address so I would expect that the messages make it to my inbox. Nothing is in the spam folder.

When I change my email address I still receive the notification to verify my new email, but still receive no messages after that.

I'm not sure if this is a problem on my end.
